ABS Research Academy is a registered academic and research-focused training institution in Bangladesh, established with an initial framework of promoter shares to ensure organizational stability, continuity of strategic vision, and the protection of its intellectual foundations. These promoter shares are currently held within the founding leadership under Mr. Abu Bakkar Siddik, whose role as Founder helps preserve the Academy’s mission, academic integrity, and long-term developmental goals.

The Academy operates through a collaborative governance model involving designated directors, research mentors, research fellows, and interns, each contributing to academic programs, research activities, journal development, and institutional growth. While these roles are non-equity positions, they are essential to the Academy’s multidisciplinary environment and its commitment to collective scholarly advancement.

The promoter shareholding structure—anchored by the Founder—is intended not as a mechanism of centralized control, but as a means to uphold institutional coherence, intellectual property protection, and high academic standards during the Academy’s foundational years.
